Draft order
As I lobbied the other night, I would like draft positions to be determined a few days before the draft. Knowing where I'm drafting is important to me in terms of thinking about who I want to keep and what trades I might like to make. There's a big difference in being second vs. something incredibly shitty like 7th.

In this we can agree Carter. A big part of the lottery is getting together and pulling ping pong balls out of a jar. Otherwise, I draw names out of a hat at my desk and just let you all know. That would suck.
we could do a unsolved-mysteries style "reenactment" of the actual draft order, completely with shadow-obscured people reaching into a hat.
or czap could relent.
or we could just do it now.
there are still ways to think of the children. the trophies, for instance.
i'm pro balls.
